AI Reverse Engineering

From the part in your hand to editable CAD.

Photos, an STL scan or a STEP file of a physical part become a parametric model, with a live slider for every dimension, STEP and STL files ready for manufacturing, and a Fusion 360 export with editable features.

Local production

From CAD to parts in the box.

Once the design is approved, we make it here: small plastic parts in a PP-like material, delivered locally instead of imported.

Vacuum casting

From one part to two thousand.

Silicone moulds rebuilt for production (longer-lasting, AI-designed, cast in parallel) make 500 to 2,000 production-grade parts in weeks, without a steel mould.

    The tools should match the talent.

    Engineers and machinists here are as capable as anywhere. What they have been short of is the infrastructure around them: fast CAD, local tooling and a way to make a run without importing it.

    One team from part to production.

    A CAD file you cannot get made locally solves half the problem. We build the model and run the production, so the design you approve is the one that gets made.

    Import dependency is solvable.

    Companies often import a part because there is no quick, affordable way to make it here. Give them one and many will switch.

    The builder comes first.

    We build for the engineer with a broken part on the desk and the plant manager whose supplier stopped answering.
