1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BlacksmithAI platform or engaging with Blacksmith manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
BlacksmithAI provides AI-driven CAD generation, accelerated mold design, and integrated manufacturing pipeline solutions. Services include AI Reverse Engineering (turning photos, STL scans or STEP files of a part into parametric CAD, with STEP, STL and Fusion 360 exports), parametric 3D modeling, vacuum casting of plastic parts in silicone molds, mold production coordination, and local manufacturing facilitation across Egypt and the GCC. Models are generated by AI and can contain errors: check the dimensions that matter before you manufacture from them.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at build@blacksmithai.org.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the BlacksmithAI platform remain the exclusive property of BlacksmithAI. User-generated designs and part specifications remain the property of the user, subject to our licensing terms for processing and production fulfillment.
5. Manufacturing Orders
All production orders are subject to technical feasibility review. Blacksmith reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled to the required specification. Production timelines vary based on part complexity and volume requirements.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees and production costs are billed according to the pricing plan selected. Custom quotes are confirmed in writing before production begins. All fees are non-refundable unless production fails to meet the agreed specification. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
BlacksmithAI provides services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service or production run in question.
8. Confidentiality
Blacksmith treats all customer design data, part specifications, and production requirements as confidential. We do not share customer data with third parties except as required for production fulfillment or legal compliance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to review for Egypt and GCC jurisdiction compliance. Governing law will be confirmed upon finalization with legal counsel.
