What can you make?
Small plastic parts: up to 100 g and within 10 × 10 × 10 cm, in a PP-like material. Typical candidates are clips, caps, brackets, knobs, covers and small housings that used to be imported.
How many units, and how fast?
The Production package delivers 20 units within 10 days of your approving the design.
How much does it cost?
$99.99, one time, for one part. That covers reverse engineering the part into an editable CAD model, up to 10 AI design iterations, and the 20 units.
Do I need a CAD file?
No. We start from the physical part (photos are enough) and build the CAD model with AI Reverse Engineering. If you already have a STEP or STL file, that works too.
Can you make bigger parts, more units or other materials?
Yes, quoted per project. Email build@blacksmithai.org with the part, the material you need and the volume.
Where do you deliver?
We make parts locally for customers in Egypt and the GCC. Tell us where you are when you get in touch and we will confirm delivery for your location.
